Monday to Friday at 10 am during the holidays: one recurrence over the five days, with an end date, creates every session of the course.

### Groups, with a price per student

A lesson can include several students, each with their own price: full price for one, a discount for the student who books the next course too.

### Who has paid for the course

Record the course payment in one go: it is spread over the unpaid sessions, oldest first. Students who have not paid stand out, and the reminder goes out on WhatsApp when you click (Essentials plan).

### Several tutors on one course

Each session has its tutor and the rate they are owed: the manager sees what each tutor taught and what they are due.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does Kadrella track hour packages?

Not as a counter. You create the sessions and record the package payment: it is spread over the unpaid sessions, and the student's balance shows what is left. Our article on lesson packages explains how to price them.

### Can students sign up for a course online?

No. Kadrella has no sign-up page and no online payment: you add students to the sessions yourself.

### Can I prepare students for the SAT or IELTS?

Yes. The subject is a free field on each lesson: SAT, ACT, GCSE, IELTS or an entrance exam, Kadrella handles the sessions the same way.

### How much does it cost?

The free plan covers students, lessons and payment tracking with no limit. Essentials (€29 a month) adds WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Superprof and Discord; Complete (€49 a month) adds invoicing, bank reconciliation and reports. No commission on your lessons.

### Do lesson reminders go out automatically?

No. When you create a lesson, Kadrella can send a confirmation on WhatsApp. It does not send an automatic reminder before each lesson, and payment reminders go out when you click.
