Regular students, set up once
Each student gets a weekly recurrence on one or more days, with their own length and price. A moved lesson is edited on its own, without touching the next ones.
For biology tutors
Your high school biology students, your pre-med learners, the revision rush before exams and what each family owes you, in one place.

Trusted by tutoring businesses
Kadrella is private-lesson management software that fits independent biology tutors: weekly lessons per student, small revision groups, parents linked to students and a record of who has paid. Demand comes mostly from high schoolers before GCSE, A-level or AP Biology exams, and from first-year medicine and health students, who often need chemistry too. Kadrella has no worksheets or exercises: it runs your schedule and your money.
Each student gets a weekly recurrence on one or more days, with their own length and price. A moved lesson is edited on its own, without touching the next ones.
In spring, extra sessions sit next to the regular lessons, with an end date. Your week stays readable in Google Calendar, with student, subject and place (Essentials plan).
Each lesson taught adds to what the student or family owes, each payment you record brings it down, oldest lessons first. Late payers stand out, and the reminder goes out on WhatsApp when you click (Essentials plan).
A pre-med student may want biology on Monday and chemistry on Thursday. The subject is set on each lesson, each at its own rate.
A lesson can include several students, each with their own price: three seniors going over genetics, or two pre-med students before a midterm.

The founder's story
I've taught maths and computer science since 2020, and I run my own private-tutoring business, Head of Science: several teachers, around a hundred students. I'm also a software engineer. In 2024, I started building this tool for myself, because tracking payments and chasing late ones took every Sunday. I've used it every day since. Kadrella is that same tool, opened up to other teachers.

No. Kadrella runs the organisation side of your lessons: schedule, students, families and payments. Keep your usual tools for worksheets, diagrams and past papers.
Yes. The subject is set on each lesson, not on the student: one student can have biology on Tuesday and chemistry on Thursday, each lesson at its own rate.
Create the sessions as lessons, as a recurrence over several days with an end date, or one by one. A group can include several students, each with their own price. Kadrella has no package counter: a course paid upfront is recorded as one payment, spread over the unpaid lessons.
The free plan covers students, lessons and payment tracking with no limit. Essentials (€29 a month) adds WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Superprof and Discord; Complete (€49 a month) adds invoicing, bank reconciliation and reports. No commission on your lessons.
No. When you create a lesson, Kadrella can send a confirmation on WhatsApp. It does not send an automatic reminder before each lesson, and payment reminders go out when you click.
