Clasea alternative
Clasea alternative: Kadrella, free beyond 5 students
Kadrella is a Clasea alternative for tutors who go past 5 students without wanting to pay, work on WhatsApp or get paid by bank transfer: a free plan with no student cap, Superprof import and bank reconciliation. Clasea stays better for Stripe card payments, hour packs and automatic reminders.
Updated 19 October 2026
Clasea is a French app for independent teachers: student records, a calendar with individual and group lessons, hour packs, teaching programmes and PDF invoices sent by email. The Pro plan at €14/month adds commission-free Stripe payments, Google Calendar sync and automatic reminders. The free plan stops at 5 students.
Kadrella starts from WhatsApp and bank transfers. Family messages, lessons and payments received end up in one place, transfers are matched to your lessons automatically and Superprof students import without retyping. Kadrella does not take card payments and sends no automatic reminders, but its free plan has no student cap.
