The founder's story
I've taught maths and computer science since 2020, and I run my own private-tutoring business, Head of Science: several teachers, around a hundred students. I'm also a software engineer. In 2024, I started building this tool for myself, because tracking payments and chasing late ones took every Sunday. I've used it every day since. Kadrella is that same tool, opened up to other teachers.
Yes. The free plan has no time limit and no cap on students, teachers, lessons or recorded payments, and never asks for a card. The paid plans are for the integrations: Essentials at €29 a month and Complete at €49 a month, each with a 14-day trial.
The integrations and automations. WhatsApp, Google Calendar sync, the Superprof import, Discord and contact sync are in Essentials. Invoicing, bank reconciliation, report exports, the AI chat, the AI secretary and the Claude and ChatGPT connector are in Complete.
