Most tutoring software asks you to change how you work

A lot of tutoring software and learning platforms (LMS) are built as closed spaces: their own virtual classroom, their own payment module, their own messaging, their own app to install. To get anything out of them, everyone has to move in.

In practice that means moving lessons from Discord or Zoom to a video tool nobody knows, asking parents to pay a new way, and telling every student where to write from now on. Some drop off along the way, and for weeks you run two systems at once.

Kadrella starts from the other end: your business already exists and it works. The software has to fit around it.

The idea

Kadrella comes after the lesson, not before

Nothing has to go through Kadrella for a lesson to happen. Kadrella looks at what happened in your tools and builds the follow-up from it.

The lesson happensOn Discord, at the student's home, at your premises or on whatever video tool you like. When it is a Discord call, Kadrella detects it and marks the lesson as held.

The student paysBy bank transfer, PayPal, cash or cheque, as before. With the read-only bank connection, each payment received is matched to the right student. Otherwise you enter it by hand.

You talkOn WhatsApp, from your own number. Messages show up in Kadrella next to the student's profile, and lesson and payment reminders go out on the same thread.

The follow-up adds upHours owed, unpaid lessons, teacher pay, invoices: all of it comes from those events, with nothing typed twice.

What if you use none of these tools?

Kadrella works without them too. A teacher who teaches in person and gets paid in cash enters lessons and payments by hand, and gets the same follow-up: hours, unpaid lessons, history per student.

The free plan already covers students, teachers, lessons and payment tracking, with no limits. You add an integration the day it saves you time.

Any organization

Solo or agency, same idea

An independent teacher has no use for team-management screens: Kadrella notices and hides them. An agency with several teachers gets them, with each teacher’s pay and statistics per teacher and per student.

Currency and timezone are set per organization, so it works from any country.
