The same slot every week
A pupil's Tuesday 5pm piano lesson is set once as a weekly recurrence. A moved or cancelled lesson is edited on that lesson only.
- Length and price set per pupil
For music teachers
The week's piano, guitar or voice lessons, the families behind them and who has paid, in one place.

Trusted by tutoring businesses
Kadrella is private-lesson management software that fits music teachers and small music schools: recurring lessons per pupil, parents linked to each pupil, a price per pupil and a record of who has paid. It is not music-specific: there is no practice log, repertoire library or recital planner. If those matter to you, a dedicated music studio tool will suit you better. If your problem is the schedule and getting paid, Kadrella covers it, with a free plan.

Lessons sync to your Google Calendar, next to your rehearsals and gigs (Essentials plan).
Each lesson adds to what the family owes, each recorded payment brings it down. Late payers stand out, and the reminder goes out on WhatsApp in one click (Essentials plan).
A young pupil has a parent linked to their file, so messages and payments go to the right person.
A lesson can hold several pupils, each with their own price: duets, ensembles or group theory classes.
Add your teachers, assign them their lessons and follow the whole school's activity on one dashboard.

The founder's story
I've taught maths and computer science since 2020, and I run my own private-tutoring business, Head of Science: several teachers, around a hundred students. I'm also a software engineer. In 2024, I started building this tool for myself, because tracking payments and chasing late ones took every Sunday. I've used it every day since. Kadrella is that same tool, opened up to other teachers.
Kadrella is built for private lessons in general, not for music only. It handles what a music teacher does every week: recurring lessons, families, prices and payments. It has no practice log, repertoire library or recital planner.
Yes. A lesson can include several pupils, each with their own price, which suits duets, ensembles and group theory classes.
The free plan covers pupils, lessons and payment tracking with no limit. Essentials (€29 a month) adds WhatsApp, Google Calendar and contact sync; Complete (€49 a month) adds invoicing, bank reconciliation and reports. No commission on your lessons.
No. Kadrella has no parent or pupil portal: you reach families through the WhatsApp messages you send from Kadrella.
No. When you create a lesson, Kadrella can send a confirmation on WhatsApp. It does not send an automatic reminder before each lesson, and payment reminders go out when you click.
