Tutafy alternative
Tutafy alternative: Kadrella, for lessons organised on WhatsApp
Kadrella is a Tutafy alternative for tutors who organise lessons on WhatsApp: Superprof import, bank reconciliation, a French interface and a free plan with no student cap. Tutafy stays better for online teaching, with its built-in video classroom, booking page, automatic reminders and AI tools.
Updated 19 October 2026
Tutafy is an English-language platform for tutors who teach online and small centers, still in early access. It brings together a booking page, a built-in video classroom, email and SMS reminders, student and parent portals, card or PayPal payment and ten AI tools. It is free up to 10 students, then $12/month, with no commission.
Kadrella targets a different routine: lessons often in person, organised with families on WhatsApp and paid by bank transfer. Messages, lessons, payments and transfers end up in one place, and Superprof students import without retyping. Kadrella has no video classroom, no booking page and no automatic reminders: for a fully online tutor, Tutafy fits better.
