A five-day course in one recurrence
Monday to Friday at 10 am during the holidays: one recurrence over the five days, with an end date, creates every session of the course.
- Length and price per student
For test prep tutors
Holiday revision courses, small groups, students who arrive six weeks before the test: your schedule and payments keep up.

Trusted by tutoring businesses
Kadrella is private-lesson management software that fits test prep tutors and small centers preparing students for the SAT, ACT, GCSEs, A-levels, the French bac or English tests such as IELTS: multi-day courses, small groups with a price per student, short-term students and a record of what has been paid. The exam calendar drives the work: courses fill up during school holidays and demand drops after the exams. Kadrella does not sell packages online and has no hour counter: it runs the schedule and the payments.

Record the course payment in one go: it is spread over the unpaid sessions, oldest first. Students who have not paid stand out, and the reminder goes out on WhatsApp when you click (Essentials plan).
Course sessions sync to Google Calendar with the student, subject, place and length (Essentials plan).
PDF invoices list the course sessions with their length and rate (Complete plan).
A lesson can include several students, each with their own price: full price for one, a discount for the student who books the next course too.
Each session has its tutor and the rate they are owed: the manager sees what each tutor taught and what they are due.

The founder's story
I've taught maths and computer science since 2020, and I run my own private-tutoring business, Head of Science: several teachers, around a hundred students. I'm also a software engineer. In 2024, I started building this tool for myself, because tracking payments and chasing late ones took every Sunday. I've used it every day since. Kadrella is that same tool, opened up to other teachers.
Not as a counter. You create the sessions and record the package payment: it is spread over the unpaid sessions, and the student's balance shows what is left. Our article on lesson packages explains how to price them.
No. Kadrella has no sign-up page and no online payment: you add students to the sessions yourself.
Yes. The subject is a free field on each lesson: SAT, ACT, GCSE, IELTS or an entrance exam, Kadrella handles the sessions the same way.
The free plan covers students, lessons and payment tracking with no limit. Essentials (€29 a month) adds WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Superprof and Discord; Complete (€49 a month) adds invoicing, bank reconciliation and reports. No commission on your lessons.
No. When you create a lesson, Kadrella can send a confirmation on WhatsApp. It does not send an automatic reminder before each lesson, and payment reminders go out when you click.
