Superprof tutors
Superprof connects you with students. Once the first contact is made, Kadrella imports the conversation and takes over: schedule, payments, reminders, tax certificate.
Trusted by tutoring businesses
Superprof is a private-tutoring marketplace: students find you there, you set your rates, you stay independent. Once a student signs up, though, the platform stops there. Lesson tracking, invoicing, payment follow-ups and the tax certificate are on you. Kadrella imports your Superprof conversations automatically and handles everything after the match, with no double entry.
New Superprof requests get an instant reply with a slot, days before you'd have opened the app. Your Superprof balance is withdrawn automatically once it crosses your threshold, so it never just sits there.
Set up one-off lessons, the slots that repeat every week, and sync with Google Calendar.
Track who has paid, send invoices, and let Kadrella match incoming transfers to the right student.
Chase late payments over WhatsApp and generate the annual certificate for your students' 50% French tax credit.
No. Kadrella is an independent management tool for private tutors. It connects to your Superprof conversations to import your students, but it is not published by Superprof.
Kadrella reads your Superprof conversations and creates the matching students, with their contact details and the first thread. You retype nothing.
Yes. You can add students from Les Sherpas, word of mouth or any other source. Superprof is one entry point among several.
That is the wrong way to frame it: the two do not compete, they complement each other. Superprof brings you students, Kadrella manages them once they are here. You keep Superprof to find new students and add Kadrella for lesson tracking, payments and admin.
