Kadrella is private-lesson management software that fits independent math tutors and small math tutoring businesses: weekly lessons per student, small revision groups, parents linked to students and a record of who has paid. Math is the most requested tutoring subject (45% of the lessons taught through the French platform Les Sherpas in 2024-2025, according to its own study), and demand climbs before tests and exams such as GCSEs, A-levels, the SAT or the French bac. Kadrella has no worksheets or whiteboard: it runs your schedule and your money.
Léa on Wednesdays at 5 pm, Rayan on Tuesdays and Thursdays: each student gets a weekly recurrence on one or more days. A moved lesson is edited on its own, without touching the next ones.

The founder's story
I've taught maths and computer science since 2020, and I run my own private-tutoring business, Head of Science: several teachers, around a hundred students. I'm also a software engineer. In 2024, I started building this tool for myself, because tracking payments and chasing late ones took every Sunday. I've used it every day since. Kadrella is that same tool, opened up to other teachers.
No. Kadrella runs the organisation side of your lessons: schedule, students, families and payments. Keep your usual tools for exercises and online whiteboards.
Yes. The subject is set on each lesson, not on the student: one student can have math on Tuesday and physics on Thursday, each lesson at its own rate.
Create the sessions as lessons, as a recurrence over several days with an end date, or one by one. A group can include several students, each with their own price. Kadrella has no package counter: a course paid upfront is recorded as one payment, spread over the unpaid lessons.
The free plan covers students, lessons and payment tracking with no limit. Essentials (€29 a month) adds WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Superprof and Discord; Complete (€49 a month) adds invoicing, bank reconciliation and reports. No commission on your lessons.
No. When you create a lesson, Kadrella can send a confirmation on WhatsApp. It does not send an automatic reminder before each lesson, and payment reminders go out when you click.
