AI secretary
Answering the same messages all day long?
What's the price, which slot, can we move Thursday? The AI secretary replies to your students on WhatsApp automatically, even while you teach.
In short
Kadrella's AI secretary automatically replies to your students, their parents and your teachers on WhatsApp, in your name, and keeps the schedule up to date in Kadrella.
How it works
Automatic replies
A message comes in: she replies for you, in your own style. New contacts, scheduling questions, information to pass on to the teacher.
Scheduling
It creates, moves or cancels a lesson in Kadrella and tells the teacher involved. A teacher never gets the student's price.
You stay in charge
She follows your guidelines, prices included, and asks you on WhatsApp when unsure. As soon as you reply yourself, she pauses.
Getting started
- 01
Connect WhatsApp, then turn on the AI secretary in Settings > Organization.
- 02
Approve her guidelines: she drafts them from your past conversations (prices, tone, rules).
- 03
Start without sending to review her replies, then switch to real sending when you're ready.
Frequently asked questions
When does she reply?
As soon as the contact has finished typing, after 90 seconds with no new message. If a request goes quiet, she follows up at most twice.
Could she quote the wrong price?
She only gives a price when your guidelines cover it. Otherwise she asks you on WhatsApp and waits for your answer.
What if I reply myself?
She pauses in that conversation, for 12 hours by default, a delay you can change.
What can she change in Kadrella?
Create a student, create, move or cancel a lesson while checking for overlaps, and log an announced payment, always as pending. Without sending, nothing is applied: everything waits for your approval.
