Kadrella's bank reconciliation connects your business bank account to your students. Each incoming transfer is recognised, matched to the right student and recorded as a payment, with nothing to retype.
How it works
Your bank, read-only
You connect your account once. Kadrella fetches the transactions twice a day and can never move your money.
Every transfer recognised
The paying account (IBAN, PayPal or Superprof) is linked to the student. The next transfer from that account is matched on its own and recorded as a received payment.
The first transfer, in one click
A new payer? You pick the student once on the transaction. Kadrella remembers the account and matches its past transfers too.
Getting started

Open Bank in Kadrella and pick your bank from the list of French banks.

Give your consent on your bank's website, through GoCardless, the service that opens read-only access.

The first sync starts right away. After that, Kadrella reads your transactions every 12 hours.
Frequently asked questions
Can Kadrella make transfers from my account?
No. Access is read-only: Kadrella reads your accounts and transactions and cannot pay or move money. Your bank login details are never shared with us.
What happens with a transfer from an unknown account?
It waits in the transactions to match. You pick the student once: the payment is created, and later transfers from that account are matched on their own.
What if one account pays for several students?
Kadrella doesn't guess. When an account belongs to several students, siblings for example, the transfer is not matched automatically: you pick the student.
How long does access to my bank last?
It depends on your bank. When consent expires, Kadrella warns you by email and on WhatsApp, and a Renew button restores the connection.
