Turn on automatic invoicing: payments still without an invoice get one two weeks later, never twice.
Getting started

In Settings > Organization, add your logo, the footer notices and your payment terms.

From a payment, generate the invoice in one click, or turn on automatic invoicing.

Send it on WhatsApp: the student gets the PDF in their chat.
Frequently asked questions
How are invoices numbered?
In order, with no gaps, across your organization, in the format M-YYYY-MM-000001. Self-billing invoices for teachers have their own series.
What does automatic invoicing do?
Once a day, Kadrella invoices payments older than two weeks that don't have an invoice yet. A payment is never invoiced twice.
Which notices can I add?
"VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code" and "Approved personal services organisation". Your business name and SIRET appear in the footer.
Can I request payment before the lesson?
Yes, with a payment request. The document states that it is not an invoice.
