How it works
Your conversations in Kadrella
Turn on sync: your WhatsApp messages land in Kadrella, attached to the student's or teacher's record. Voice notes are transcribed to text.
Lessons confirmed on WhatsApp
Tick the option when you create a lesson: the student and the teacher get the confirmation on WhatsApp, with your wording. Recurring lessons too.
Invoices and reminders in one click
The PDF invoice goes into the chat in one click. For a late payment, Kadrella builds the summary as an image, sent from Kadrella or from the WhatsApp Web extension.
Getting started

In Integrations > WhatsApp, show the QR code.

On your phone, open WhatsApp > Linked devices > Link a device, then scan the code.

Choose whether your messages are synced. On a computer, add the Kadrella extension to Chrome or Firefox.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a new number?
No. Your usual WhatsApp is connected as a linked device, just like WhatsApp Web.
Which messages are stored?
When sync is on: text messages and voice notes, transcribed to text. Other message types are not kept, and sync can be turned off in the settings.
Do reminders go out on their own?
The confirmation goes out when the lesson is created, if the option is ticked. Invoices and late payment reminders go out when you click Send.
What does the extension show?
In WhatsApp Web, a side panel shows the open contact's lessons, payments and late payments, and sends the late payment reminder without switching tabs.
