Currency is set at signup
When you create your organization, Kadrella detects your browser's currency and lets you confirm it before you continue. Change it if it's wrong: EUR, GBP, USD, BRL, or any other ISO 4217 currency. Once the account exists, that currency shows up everywhere an amount appears.
Timezone works the same way
Same logic for timezone. A teacher in Montreal and a student in Paris never see a lesson time shifted by hours: Kadrella renders every schedule in the organization's timezone, not the server's.

An organization billing in Canadian dollars sees CAD on every invoice, every payment image, every export. No rough conversion, no stray euro sign left over from a hardcoded default.
One currency, set once
Currency is chosen once, at signup, and stays fixed after that. That's a deliberate choice: instead of handling mid-stream currency changes, and everything that would break in payment history, Kadrella asks you to decide upfront. For the vast majority of organizations, which bill in a single currency from day one, that's the right tradeoff.
