Kadrella adapts to solo tutors and multi-teacher organizations alike
A tutor managing their own lessons no longer sees the screens built for a multi-teacher business: Kadrella adapts to the choice made at signup.
A private tutor managing their own lessons has no use for a "Teacher list" tab or a teacher picker every time they create a lesson. There's only one teacher: them.
Until now, Kadrella showed the same screens to everyone, whether you work alone or run a team of ten teachers.
The choice happens at signup
When you create an account, Kadrella asks: do you manage your own lessons, or do you manage a team of teachers? The answer sets the organization's mode.
In solo-teacher mode
- The "Teachers" tab disappears from the menu
- Teacher payments stop showing up as a table to manage
- Creating a lesson no longer shows a teacher picker: it's automatically you
Nothing changes in the data: the account still has a teacher, attached to every lesson. Only the interface gets lighter.
In multi-teacher mode
Nothing changes. Full teacher management (list, payments, per-lesson assignment) stays available as-is, for running a team.
It's not locked in
The choice made at signup isn't final. A toggle is available in organization settings, with a clear warning: switching modes changes what's shown and how lessons need to be assigned.
